Pool Information Serenity Oaks POA pool is reserved for property owners who have purchased a seasonal membership. In order for homeowners with membership to access the pool facility, a pool card is needed. Please see below for additional information regarding the pool cards. - Seasonal Memberships are $220 from April - October with a signed waiver. - Prorated Memberships are $110 from August 1st - October with a signed waiver. Pool Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. - A card is received with purchase of membership
- Replacement cards are $50 each
- To request a pool card, please come/mail payment into our office (14603 Huebner Rd, Bldg 40 San Antonio, Tx 78230) or submit your request with completed waiver to poolwaivers@damctx.com
